This is conveniently located within walking distance of all the great things in Lava Hot Springs.  It is only 2 blocks from Main Street.  Three bedrooms, 1 with a king bed, two with queen beds. Three bathrooms, a pull-out couch in the living room, and pull out sectional in the family room. There are 5 televisions in this home. There is a beautiful balcony that runs the length of the home, with access from one of the bedrooms and the livingroom. There is a full kitchen with all the appliances, dishes, and a coffee bar.  There is a gas fireplace in the living room for those cozy, cold winter days and an electric fireplace in the downstairs family room.  The family room is equipped with a small kids' play area.  The master bedroom and the diningroom have access to the backyard, where there is a fenced yard and a covered patio. An outdoor gas grill is available for use, as well as a small fireplace. There are stairs from the front door up to the main living area. Handicapped access would only be available through the back yard entrance. Included with the rental is a ping pong table in the garage.  Bikes, scooters, and tubes available at owners descretion and with personal acceptance of liability. There is no central air conditioning, but the rooms upstairs all have portable AC units and ceiling gans. There are fans in all bedrooms and living spaces, and some portable fans are stored in closets. You will love this comfortable home.
